Every booking automatically takes you to the next rank — discounts, upgrades and exclusive privileges await you.
Skipper Club is Charteritaly's free loyalty program: to join, simply sign up at charteritaly.it and create your account. Signing up automatically activates your Skipper Club status at the Explorer level, from which you start earning CharterPoints with your bookings and the birthday bonus. Complete your profile with your details (including your date of birth) to enjoy all the program's benefits and start levelling up.
You earn CharterPoints with every confirmed booking (€1 spent = 1 CharterPoint) and with the birthday bonus. The more points you accumulate, the higher you climb: Explorer (0-4,999), Captain (5,000-14,999), Admiral (15,000+ CharterPoints).
All confirmed bookings generate CharterPoints based on the charter value, following the rule €1 spent = 1 CharterPoint. Examples: a €2,500 boat generates 2,500 CharterPoints, a €4,200 boat generates 4,200 CharterPoints, a €7,800 boat generates 7,800 CharterPoints.
Every year, on your birthday, we gift you 500 CharterPoints as a wish from the Charteritaly staff. To receive them you must be registered at charteritaly.it and have completed your profile with your date of birth: that's how the system knows when to celebrate you. The points are credited automatically to your Skipper Club profile, once a year, with nothing for you to do. If you haven't added your date of birth yet, add it in your profile so you don't miss next year's birthday bonus.
Your CharterPoints turn into real discounts on your next bookings: 100 CharterPoints = €1 discount, with a minimum redemption threshold of 2,000 CharterPoints and a maximum cap of €200 per booking. Here's how to redeem them at checkout (make sure you're logged in: the Skipper Club widget only appears when you're signed in):
- Choose your boat and go to checkout
- In the Skipper Club widget tap "Generate discount code" (available with at least 2,000 CharterPoints)
- Copy the generated code (valid for 2 days)
- Paste it into the "Discount code" box to apply it to the total
You can use only one discount code per booking. Example: 2,500 points → €25 discount; 4,200 points → €42 discount; 25,000 points → €200 discount (maximum cap).
Your Skipper Club level depends on the total CharterPoints accumulated through your bookings: Explorer from 0 to 4,999 points, Captain from 5,000 to 14,999 points, Admiral from 15,000 points and up. Your level updates automatically as you accumulate points with confirmed bookings.
